Conceptual vocabulary

Concepts

The ideas I keep returning to. Each one is a lens, not a label.

  • Complexity

Complexity does not disappear; it moves.

  • Friction

Some friction protects the moment where judgement enters the system.

  • Clarity

Clarity does not remove ambiguity; it decides who has to carry it.

  • Curation

When output is abundant, exclusion becomes the work.

  • Agency

Agency survives where a system leaves room to see, judge, and refuse.

  • Habit

A behaviour becomes infrastructure when it no longer feels like a choice.

  • Convergence

When systems face the same pressures, they begin to take the same shape.
